I couldn't recommend them enough. I'll be sad when we move because I trust them with my most sentimental pieces wholeheartedly. The jewelers are in house, and ready to answer any questions you may have. They have a beautiful stock supply to admire and add to your collection, but they also do custom work at very fair prices. They can make adjustments to pieces of jewelry that you have, or they can make an entirely new custom piece. If you're looking for a trustworthy and quality establishment, check them out!

I had a fantastic experience working with Gerald's Jewelry to design my custom ring. They were attentive and really listened to my design ideas, creating a collaborative process that spanned in-person consultations, texting, and even 3D digital designs to ensure every detail was perfect. When I finally received the ring, I was blown away by the craftsmanship. It's beautifully made, incredibly light and comfortable on my finger, and fits like a dream. They also completed it within my timeline, which was a big plus. One of the best parts was that they managed to stay within my budget while delivering something that exceeded my initial ideas. I'm thrilled with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for custom jewelry.

Gerald’s Jewelry really came through for me and my family. They custom made the perfect gift for my wife when she was 8.5 months pregnant, and got it to me all the way in Louisiana with time to spare. She absolutely loved it and wears it all the time. I don’t buy jewelry often; but I know exactly where to start my search next time.

I'm super happy with my experience at Gerald's. I'd walked in on a whim while shopping for wedding bands and they happened to have the exact style I was looking for in my exact size, considerably higher quality and comparable price to what I was finding online with a lot of research. After my wedding, they soldered it to my engagement ring for free and even replated my engagement ring and shined everything up. It looks beautiful now. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Can't recommend Gerald's enough. And they do a nice military discount!

Wanted a ring for the wife, it was our double anniversary and the ring I ordered was going to be really late. When I stopped in, I was taken care of, in less time then the door shutting behind me. Looked at lots of rings before finding the perfect ring. The jeweler was able to size the ring for me before leaving. I was so happy to give my wife the ring that night, but extremely excited about the care I was given. Thank you so much and I will definitely be coming back.

I had a diamond created from the ashes of my late husband and received it without a setting from the company that created it. I went into Gerald's with a vision of how I wanted to wear this special piece. Already owning and wearing my wedding band on this lotus pendant enhancer, I wanted to wear it in between to show through. It took only a week for Debbie to find a piece that would fit not only my diamond but the way I wanted it to. Less than a week for it to come in and even less than 24 hours to mount and clean such a precious piece. I would choose Gerald's any day to care for any of my jewelry.

I bought a watch for my hubby and we couldn't figure out the watch band. The wonderful folks at Gerald's Jewelry in Oak Harbor..not only her us exchange his watch, for another one with a different kind of band that he preferred over the other, they still applied the generous Christmas coupon deal that I used when I bought the watch...which was expired after the end of last year 2025. Now That's Service Excellence! Going above and beyond my expectations and doing it consistently! Kudos Geralds! Have a wonderful and blessed new year, this year and every year!

I had a great experience at Gerald’s Jewelry today. Matt was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choice. You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work and not only as the Owner. The customer service was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Gerald’s Jewelry to others!

Had a very pleasant experience ordering a watch online from Gerald’s Jewelry! Order was processed and shipped quickly and with care. The watch looks even better in person! The price was great too :) Though I live in Texas, I spent time in Oak Harbor WA as a kid so it was nice to support a local family business. Highly recommend this place, even if you aren’t local.
